The first free circle will be on September 11th, from 3:30-4:30pm EST. All skill levels, all sports, all locations welcome.

When you sign up, you'll also receive a series of free resources to build confidence and connection in your adventure sport.
This is for femme adventure homies to connect on a soul-level with each other outside of skill level, hierarchy, and intense seriousness.
There will be a short guided practice followed by discussion and connection. My intention is to facilitae the experience from a peer-peer level rather than a hierarchy. This is a space for us to hold each other, witness, and be witnessed in our human BEINGness.
