an 8 day paddling retreat in Costa Rica

Includes, coaching program before, during and after, all meals, lodging, transportation once in Costa Rica, equipment, overnight and day river trips, canyoneering, literal skinny dipping, instruction with Becca and local Costa Rican Guides. We'll be sponsoring a few local Costa Rica women to join us and really experiencing the local paddling culture, not just bringing in a bunch of Americans via tourism.
