Somatic exploration of the human body through movement and nature.
(Women’s only and all gender available)
This will be a space to move our bodies playfully together.
To experience connection to each other with the weightlessness of body before the mind takes over.
To expand our collective body expression in collaboration with each other and the earth.
What to expect:
I’ll have you experience a body connection circle. FULLY CLOTHED + IN PUBLIC.
The initial circles will be $5 to lock in your spot and secure the venue. Open to humans 18+.
Our next women's only circle is April 27th at 6pm-7:30pm.
Our next gender circle is April 28th, then April 28th at 6pm-7:30pm.
These circles can be stand alone OR a prerequisite to the primal body nude retreat hosted in late summer 2026.
Meet your facilitator, Becca
I’m a high stakes performance coach specializing in somatic, play-centric, pleasure-based behavior change. I’ve studied and implemented psychology for a decade, I’m a sponsored whitewater kayaker, and former world class musician performing for live in person audiences of up to 26,000 people.
My work centers around supporting leaders, doctors, lawyers, athletes, musicians, and other high stakes humans through feeling free, grounded, and powerful - specifically in the moments that feel “life or death”.
I’ve worked in residential treatment centers, wildness healing programs, led numerous 15+ day backcountry expeditions, performed solo infront of audiences up to 26,000 people live, I'm a sponsored whitewater kayaker, and I’m obsessed with being primitively PART OF NATURE.
I’m awkward + brave, powerful + weird af, luxuriously dirtbaggy and I have a never-ending motivation for personal growth at all levels especially in multi-generational settings.
You can find me on social media at @wildwomanbecca or facebook at Becca Ploener or for my non-social media friends - [email protected]. And I’d be honored to answer any additional questions you have. (social media is my quickest responses)
I’m genuinely an open book for folks with aligned intentions.

FAQs
Are there refunds if I can't make it?
Is this a co-ed experience? Do I need to be a certain age? Are there other bipoc folks attending?
I can’t afford it, but I really want to join. Are there any scholarships or referral perks available?
Genuine question, is this an orgy? (spoiler - NO)
What is the Primal Body Retreat?
Words from Previous and Current Clients
Claire - World Traveler, Paddler, + Leader
From letting self-doubt run the show to fully in her power
Before coaching, Claire second-guessed herself constantly, felt hijacked by her inner critic, and carried tension in her body everywhere she went - on the river, at work, in life. After 12 weeks, she moves through risk with calm confidence, trusts herself in high-stakes situations, sets boundaries that feel good, and leads with authority without burning out. Fear still shows up, but she knows how to work with it instead of letting it control her. She’s finally showing up fully, feeling proud, and embracing her own power in the river, in relationships, and in her life.
Suean - Gardener, Paddler, Landowner
From downplaying her bravery to leading with it in 7 weeks
When she joined, she already saw herself as confident, capable, and weird.
What changed was who was in charge.
Within weeks, she stopped being driven by self-doubt and overthinking and began making decisions from a calm, steady intuition.
She now recognizes risk clearly, meets it with playfulness, and moves through the world with more confidence, ease, and authority.
